Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues with minimal downtime
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Engineering or IT-related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper networking equipment
- CompTIA Network+ and CCNA certifications required (CCNP a plus)
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless networking
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience with network monitoring tools and network automation
