Responsibilities

- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt engineering solutions into AI pipelines
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness and model alignment
- Create documentation for prompt libraries and best practices across enterprise clients
- Lead workshops to train cross-functional teams on prompt engineering methodologies
- Research emerging LLM capabilities and translate findings into actionable prompt strategies
- Contribute to product roadmap by identifying opportunities for AI enhancement through prompt innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in NLP, AI, or prompt engineering with enterprise-level deployments
- Proven expertise in GPT-4, Claude, or comparable LLM fine-tuning and optimization
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in Hugging Face or LangChain
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) for prompt versioning
