Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote tools
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and security protocols
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and training initiatives
- Adhere to ITIL best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (AAS/CS degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in varied environments
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional site visits)
