Responsibilities
- Architect advanced prompt frameworks for large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems
- Design and execute A/B testing protocols for prompt optimization
- Develop reusable prompt libraries and documentation standards
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine model behavior through iterative prompt refinement
- Create evaluation metrics for prompt effectiveness and output quality
- Lead prompt engineering workshops for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Research and implement emerging prompt engineering techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP system development
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, or similar LLM architectures
- Proficiency in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Demonstrable portfolio of complex prompt engineering projects
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating AI output quality and bias
- Experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD for AI systems
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
