InnovateAI Solutions is seeking a creative technologist to design, test, and optimize advanced prompt frameworks for our next-generation language models. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in our San Antonio innovation hub, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the time. You'll collaborate directly with ML engineers and product strategists to deliver user-centric AI experiences that push the boundaries of what's possible with generative AI.
What You'll Achieve:
• Develop industry-leading prompt engineering methodologies
• Create reusable prompt libraries for enterprise clients
• Conduct A/B testing on prompt performance metrics
• Document best practices for AI interaction design
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and iterate prompt architectures for large language models
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine model outputs through strategic prompting
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness and accuracy
- Create documentation and training materials for internal stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry benchmarks
- Present findings to cross-functional teams and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP-related role
- Expertise with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs
- Strong Python and scripting abilities for automation
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt optimization projects
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
