Responsibilities

- Lead prompt optimization initiatives for 40+ enterprise clients
- Conduct workshops on advanced prompt engineering techniques
- Research emerging AI capabilities to integrate into prompt strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Proven expertise with GPT, Claude, and open-source LLMs
- Strong Python programming and API integration skills
- Experience with prompt optimization frameworks (e.g., DSPy, LangChain)
- Advanced knowledge of AI ethics and bias mitigation
- Track record of shipping production AI solutions
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
