- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt engineering strategies
- Develop comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality and alignment
- Create prompt frameworks for complex multi-turn conversations and domain-specific applications
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt engineering best practices
- Monitor emerging AI capabilities and integrate cutting-edge techniques into prompt workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional prompt engineering experience with proven track record of optimizing LLM outputs
- Expertise in NLP fundamentals and transformer architecture principles
- Proficiency with Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose and resolve prompt failures
