Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt architectures for large language models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into AI-ready prompt strategies
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Document prompt engineering best practices and create reusable prompt libraries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging AI models and prompt optimization techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
- Proven expertise with GPT, Claude, or enterprise LLMs
- Strong Python programming and data analysis skills
- Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments
