Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt architectures for enterprise AI applications
- Develop evaluation frameworks for prompt effectiveness and accuracy
- Create documentation for prompt engineering best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions into user workflows
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize performance
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt design principles

Qualifications
- 3+ years of prompt engineering experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)
