Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models to achieve specific business outcomes
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and best practices for cross-functional teams
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to improve response accuracy and relevance
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering workflows
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt solutions into production systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot prompt performance in real-world applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with NLP tools or prompt engineering frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
