Responsibilities
- Design and optimize advanced prompt architectures for enterprise-grade AI applications
- Develop proprietary prompt engineering frameworks and reusable templates
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompts with fine-tuned models
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Lead cross-functional workshops to standardize prompt engineering workflows
- Research emerging LLM capabilities and adapt prompt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional prompt engineering experience with GPT-4, Claude, or similar LLMs
- Expertise in iterative prompt optimization and human-in-the-loop systems
- Proficiency with Python and API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI conversational systems
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control for prompts
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering solutions
