What You'll Do: Design sophisticated prompt architectures for large language models, optimize AI response accuracy through iterative prompt refinement, and develop proprietary prompt engineering methodologies. You'll collaborate with product teams to translate complex user requirements into elegant prompt solutions while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced prompt strategies for enterprise-scale AI applications
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Develop reusable prompt libraries and automation frameworks
- Partner with ML engineers to integrate prompt optimization into model training pipelines
- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt engineering best practices
- Lead cross-functional workshops on prompt design principles
- Monitor industry trends and emerging prompt engineering techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Deep understanding of NLP concepts and transformer architectures
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with AI safety alignment and ethical AI development
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
