Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine AI prompts for enterprise clients across healthcare, tourism, and sustainability sectors
- Collaborate with product teams to develop prompt engineering frameworks and best practices
- Analyze AI output metrics to continuously improve response accuracy and relevance
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering methodologies
- Research emerging LLM capabilities and integrate cutting-edge techniques into workflows
- Maintain prompt libraries with version control and performance tracking
- Present findings to stakeholders through interactive demos and technical reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI development role
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, or comparable large language models
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in flexible environment
- Preferred: Experience with multilingual prompt development (English, Japanese, Hawaiian)
