Responsibilities
- Design & Refine: Develop complex, multi-turn prompts that maximize the output quality of LLMs like GPT-4 and Claude.
- Optimization: Analyze model outputs to identify bias, hallucinations, and inefficiencies, implementing fixes to improve accuracy.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation to standardize workflows across departments.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical prompt strategies.
- Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations to determine the most effective approaches.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and LLM architecture.
- Tools: Proficiency in using tools such as OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar AI development platforms.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to debug complex conversational flows.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
