Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt architectures for enterprise-scale LLM applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering into AI product lifecycle
- Develop evaluation frameworks for prompt efficacy and model performance metrics
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Lead innovation workshops on advanced prompting techniques for internal/external stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging NLP research and industry prompt engineering trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or advanced NLP role
- Proven expertise with GPT-4, Claude, and open-source LLMs
- Strong Python programming and API integration skills
- Exceptional written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
- Experience with fine-tuning and RLHF techniques
