- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt engineering frameworks for large language models
- Develop specialized prompt libraries for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt refinement
- Document prompt architectures and establish best practices for team scalability
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality and efficiency
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt engineering methodologies and tools
- Research emerging NLP techniques and integrate them into prompt strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in AI/NLP with 3+ years specializing in prompt engineering
- Proven portfolio of production-level prompt systems for LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Expertise in Python, LangChain, and prompt optimization frameworks
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Experience deploying solutions in regulated industries (HIPAA, FINRA compliance)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach to prompt iteration
- Excellent written communication with ability to translate technical concepts
