Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompt architectures for enterprise-scale LLM applications
- Conduct systematic prompt testing and performance benchmarking using quantitative metrics
- Create documentation frameworks for prompt libraries and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt engineering
- Develop A/B testing protocols for prompt variations to maximize output quality
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering principles and ethical AI usage
- Research emerging LLM capabilities and integrate new techniques into development workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP model interaction design
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready prompt-based solutions
- Expertise with GPT, Claude, and open-source LLM architectures
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating prompt effectiveness and bias mitigation
- Experience with Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
