You'll work directly with our AI Research Division to develop prompt frameworks that enhance model accuracy, ethical alignment, and user experience across enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and validate complex prompt architectures for LLM applications
- Develop systematic testing frameworks to evaluate prompt efficacy and bias mitigation
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompt engineering
- Create documentation standards for prompt libraries and best practices
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate business requirements into prompt solutions
- Analyze user interaction data to iteratively improve prompt performance
- Research emerging NLP techniques and integrate innovative prompt strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience developing prompt systems for production AI applications
- Expertise in Python with experience in NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, spaCy)
- Deep understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects with measurable outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate technical concepts
