Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired AI behaviors
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model responses for accuracy and relevance
- Develop prompt libraries and best practices for enterprise AI deployments
- Analyze user interaction data to iteratively improve prompt performance
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering workflows
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, or equivalent LLM platforms
- Strong Python programming and data analysis skills
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into effective prompts
- Familiarity with MLOps and AI deployment pipelines
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
