Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering into product roadmaps
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to optimize model outputs and performance
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI research and translate findings into prompt innovations
- Lead workshops to educate stakeholders on prompt engineering capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Expertise in NLP techniques and transformer model architectures
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in AI frameworks
