Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for large language models
- Collaborate with ML researchers to fine-tune model outputs for enterprise applications
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation for cross-functional teams
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize model performance
- Develop evaluation frameworks to assess prompt efficacy and bias mitigation
- Partner with product teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP system development
- Expertise in transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning techniques
- Proficiency with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical prompt strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in experimental design and data analysis
- Excellent written communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities
