Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated prompt architectures for LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary models
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and A/B testing frameworks
- Collaborate with AI researchers to align prompt strategies with model capabilities
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Optimize prompts for accuracy, creativity, and ethical AI deployment
- Analyze prompt performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback
- Lead workshops on prompt engineering techniques for cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
- Proven portfolio of complex prompt solutions with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two major LLM frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles
- Exceptional written communication ability to craft precise, nuanced instructions
- Experience with Python and prompt engineering libraries (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative prompt design examples
