Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompt engineering strategies for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary models
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness and accuracy
- Create reusable prompt templates for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior and reduce hallucinations
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for internal knowledge base
- Present prompt optimization strategies to C-suite stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques through continuous research
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI roles
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced prompt design for complex tasks
- Expertise in Python and experience with API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical prompt strategies
