Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompt strategies for large language models
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative prompt refinement using proprietary evaluation frameworks
- Create documentation for prompt libraries and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt solutions into production systems
- Analyze model outputs to identify prompt-induced biases and mitigation strategies
- Develop reusable prompt templates for enterprise clients across diverse industries
- Maintain prompt versioning and deployment pipelines using CI/CD practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or related NLP roles
- Expertise in LLM architecture including GPT, Claude, or comparable models
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, DSPy)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating prompt effectiveness and model outputs
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in AI systems
- Knowledge of MLOps principles and prompt deployment workflows
