Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for large language models (LLMs) including GPT-4 and Claude
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production AI systems
- Develop and maintain documentation for prompt libraries and best practices
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate prompt performance and iterate based on results
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering methodologies and tools
- Research emerging NLP techniques to enhance prompt effectiveness
- Monitor model outputs and refine prompts to ensure accuracy and relevance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP roles
- Proficiency with Python and AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
- Strong understanding of LLM architecture and fine-tuning processes
- Experience developing prompts for enterprise-level applications
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
