What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test advanced prompt engineering strategies for large language models (LLMs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt solutions into production AI systems
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative optimization of prompt frameworks
- Create comprehensive documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Research emerging NLP techniques and adapt prompt strategies to new model capabilities
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt optimization techniques and ethical AI development
- Develop evaluation metrics to measure prompt effectiveness and system performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI development
- Expertise with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and prompt optimization frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into effective prompt solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects and outcomes
