Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated prompt engineering strategies for large language models
- Develop and maintain reusable prompt templates and frameworks for diverse AI applications
- Conduct systematic prompt testing and optimization using our proprietary evaluation tools
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompts with model capabilities and business objectives
- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt methodologies and best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and integrate them into prompt engineering workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP model interaction
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production AI systems
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities
- Experience with prompt testing frameworks and evaluation metrics
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering libraries (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities
