Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced prompt architectures for GPT-4, Claude 3, and open-source models
- Develop evaluation frameworks to quantify prompt performance and bias mitigation
- Create reusable prompt libraries with version control for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behaviors
- Document prompt engineering best practices and conduct team training
- Optimize token efficiency across multi-turn conversational flows
- Contribute to open-source prompt engineering tools and frameworks
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP role with production AI systems
- Expertise in LLM-specific prompt techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt optimization projects
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, DSPy)
- Experience with bias mitigation in AI interactions
- Ability to work autonomously with flexible scheduling requirements
- Strong written communication for technical documentation
