Responsibilities

- Document prompt strategies and maintain centralized prompt libraries
- Analyze prompt performance metrics and implement continuous improvement cycles

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Expertise in designing prompts for GPT-4, Claude, or similar LLMs
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical prompt specifications
