Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for large language models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt solutions into production systems
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for diverse AI applications (chatbots, content generation, etc.)
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt optimization techniques
- Stay current with emerging AI research and model capabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or related AI/NLP field
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, and other large language model architectures
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks
- Proven track record of optimizing AI system performance through prompt engineering
- Experience with prompt debugging and failure analysis
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts
