- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Lead research on emerging prompt engineering techniques and industry best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and establish prompt engineering standards
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and technical leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years in AI/ML or NLP roles with 2+ years focused on prompt engineering
- Proven expertise in GPT, Claude, and other LLM architectures
- Advanced Python skills with experience in AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Strong background in cognitive psychology and human-computer interaction
- Experience deploying AI solutions in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
