Responsibilities

- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt engineering
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Develop automated prompt generation frameworks using Python and NLP toolkits
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt engineering best practices
- Research emerging AI capabilities to integrate into prompt architectures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI language model development
- Expertise in GPT, Llama, and Claude model ecosystems
- Proficiency with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and NLP libraries
- Demonstrable portfolio of complex prompt engineering projects
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating model outputs and optimizing prompts
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- BS/MS in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
