Responsibilities
- Design, test, and deploy advanced prompt architectures for GPT-4, Claude, and custom LLMs
- Develop iterative prompt optimization strategies using A/B testing and performance analytics
- Create reusable prompt libraries and documentation for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior and reduce hallucinations
- Translate technical requirements into human-centric AI workflows
- Conduct red-teaming exercises to identify and mitigate prompt injection vulnerabilities
- Stay current with emerging AI paradigms and contribute to R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP role
- Portfolio demonstrating 20+ complex prompt engineering projects
- Expertise in Python and frameworks like LangChain or Hugging Face
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical AI solutions
- Certification in Google Cloud AI or AWS Machine Learning
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model deployment
