Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine advanced prompt strategies for large language models
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries for diverse enterprise use cases
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt optimization into AI pipelines
- Conduct A/B testing to measure prompt effectiveness and iterate improvements
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI research and prompt techniques
- Partner with product teams to align prompt strategies with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with prompt engineering or NLP/AI development
- Expertise in GPT, LLaMA, or other transformer-based models
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with ML frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into precise prompts
- Experience with prompt testing frameworks and evaluation metrics
