Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt solutions into product workflows
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering methodologies
- Stay current with emerging AI research and industry trends in prompt optimization
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering principles and techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI model interaction design
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, or other large language model architectures
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into precise prompt formulations
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating AI output quality and optimization metrics
- Experience with Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
