Responsibilities
- Design and optimize advanced prompts for large language models to achieve specific business outcomes
- Develop test frameworks to evaluate prompt effectiveness and iterate based on performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise workflows
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Research emerging AI techniques to maintain competitive advantage in prompt development
- Train and mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Expertise with GPT, Claude, and other large language model architectures
- Proficiency in Python, Hugging Face, and prompt optimization frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable prompts
- Experience with AI deployment in production environments
