Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for core product features, from concept to launch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product iterations.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams to ensure design fidelity and technical feasibility.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that scale across multiple platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design culture.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to stakeholders.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong command of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
