Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize Cisco/Juniper enterprise network solutions
- Lead complex network migrations and infrastructure upgrades
- Implement security protocols (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3 network incidents (SLA-driven)
- Document network architecture and create SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid cloud integration
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP/JNCIP or equivalent certification (required)
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and QoS configurations
- Proficiency with Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Nagios
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license for client site visits
