Responsibilities
- Design, install, and configure LAN, WAN, and VPN solutions for enterprise clients.
- Maintain and troubleshoot complex network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Perform regular network audits, security assessments, and performance tuning.
- Manage fiber and copper cabling infrastructure, including termination and testing.
- Provide advanced technical support and remote assistance to internal teams and customers.
- Respond to and resolve network outages with minimal downtime.
- Document network configurations and create technical diagrams.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Valid CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in network administration or engineering.
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and VLANs.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Allied Telesis hardware is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends, to support critical infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
