Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-level network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and cloud solutions
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive security measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations and system integrations
- Document network configurations, create maintenance schedules, and manage hardware/software lifecycle
- Lead network upgrade projects while maintaining zero-downtime operations
- Provide tier-3 technical support and mentor junior technicians
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network administration and troubleshooting
- Cisco CCNP or equivalent advanced certification required
- Expert knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
- Strong background in network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and SD-WAN solutions
- Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines
