Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewall systems
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark for proactive issue resolution
- Lead network migration projects for enterprise clients with zero downtime
- Develop network documentation including topology maps and security protocols
- Collaborate with cloud engineers to hybridize on-premises and AWS infrastructure
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network outages and security incidents
- Train junior technicians on best practices in network administration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP or CCIE certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN implementation
- Proficiency with Palo Alto firewalls and Fortinet VPN solutions
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) for automation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies like Cisco Viptela
- Valid CompTIA Security+ certification
