Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex LAN/WAN infrastructures across 50+ enterprise sites
- Lead network migrations and disaster recovery planning for critical financial systems
- Proactively monitor network health using SolarWinds and Splunk, reducing downtime by 40%
- Collaborate with cloud teams to optimize hybrid Azure/AWS network architectures
- Mentor junior technicians and develop standardized network documentation
- Conduct quarterly security audits and implement zero-trust framework enhancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise network administration with Cisco CCNP/JNCIP certification
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and advanced routing protocols
- Strong background in network automation (Python/Ansible) and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven experience with SD-WAN implementation (Cisco Viptela/Palo Alto Prisma)
- CCIE/JNCIE certification or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Ability to troubleshoot multi-vendor environments under SLA pressure
