Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise-level LAN/WAN networks using Cisco and Juniper technologies
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and implement proactive security measures
- Manage network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Document network topologies and create comprehensive technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues
- Implement network optimization strategies to enhance performance and reliability
- Support cloud integration projects including AWS and Azure networking components
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network administration and troubleshooting
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent industry-recognized credentials
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN protocols
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex network issues
- Familiarity with SD-WAN and network virtualization technologies
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
