Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize Cisco/Juniper enterprise network infrastructure
- Implement and troubleshoot complex VPN, firewall, and SD-WAN solutions
- Lead network migrations and upgrade projects with zero-downtime requirements
- Provide Tier 3 support for critical network outages and performance issues
- Document network architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network integration projects
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced networking concepts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP/JNCIP or equivalent advanced certification required
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and QoS protocols
- Proficiency with network automation tools (Python, Ansible)
- Strong experience with Palo Alto/Cisco ASA firewalls
- CCNA Security or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
