Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Configure and optimize Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet network equipment
- Proactively monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG
- Lead network security initiatives including firewall management and VLAN segmentation
- Document network architecture and create detailed SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network integrations
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct quarterly training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP or JNCIP certification required
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure networking services
- Experience with network automation using Python/Ansible
- Proven incident resolution with 15-minute SLA adherence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
