Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Troubleshoot network outages and security incidents (24/7 on-call rotation)
- Document network topologies and SOPs in Confluence
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on hybrid cloud solutions
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network segmentation
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management
Qualifications
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification (mandatory)
- 3+ years experience in enterprise network administration
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and DNS
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco Meraki
- Linux/Windows server administration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
