Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco networking hardware including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Resolve network outages with SLA-driven incident response
- Implement security protocols including VLAN segmentation and VPN access
- Document network topology and configuration changes in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams for hybrid environment integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP routing
- Proficiency with VMware ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization
- Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark and ping utilities
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud networking services
