Responsibilities
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Implement and manage SD-WAN solutions across multi-site locations
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Document network topology, configurations, and procedures
- Lead network security initiatives including firewall management and VLAN segmentation
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Provide Tier-3 support during critical incidents and outages
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP/JNCIP certification required (CCIE/JNCIE preferred)
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN technologies
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of network security principles (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
