Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement and troubleshoot complex VPN solutions and secure remote access protocols
- Lead network optimization projects to enhance performance and security posture
- Document network architecture changes and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate network solutions with AWS/Azure environments
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical network incidents and lead root cause analysis
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct regular network security audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper enterprise network hardware
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, and advanced routing protocols
- Certification required: CCNP/JNCIP or equivalent
- Proven experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC/Azure VNet)
- Strong background in network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with network diagnostic tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote environment
