Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex LAN/WAN infrastructures using Cisco and Juniper technologies
- Proactively monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG to prevent outages
- Lead network security initiatives including firewall configuration and threat mitigation
- Collaborate with cloud teams to optimize hybrid network architectures
- Document network changes and troubleshoot critical incidents within SLA parameters
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced networking concepts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level network administration experience
- Certified CCNP/JNCIP or equivalent advanced certification required
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis of complex network issues
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations during critical incidents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
